Job applications you can trust without seeing them.

You bring the job posting. We tailor your resume and cover letter to it, format everything to industry standard, and verify, in plain language, that it looks polished and professional, so you never have to hand your resume to a sighted friend and ask, "does this look okay?"

Every document is checked by a human before you get it.

How it works

  1. Tell us about yourself once

Your work history, education, and skills go into one master profile. Paste your current resume in any state; we structure it. Nothing is ever added that you did not tell us.

  2. Send us a job posting

Paste the link from any employer's careers page, or paste the posting text itself. We read the posting directly from the employer's own system whenever it offers one.

  3. We tailor and format

Your resume and cover letter are rewritten to speak to that specific posting, using only facts from your profile, and laid out in clean, single-column, applicant-tracking-friendly formatting. The accessible format and the format recruiters expect are the same format.

  4. You review the words

You read every line with your screen reader and approve or request changes before anything is final. Your application never leaves without your sign-off.

  5. You get verified documents

Final PDF and Word files, plus a plain-language description of how they look: how many pages, the layout, the fonts, and confirmation that nothing is clipped, overlapping, or out of place.

Where the job details come from

Most employers run their job boards on systems like Greenhouse and Lever, which publish each posting through a public interface. When your link comes from one of those, we read the title, company, location, and full description straight from the source. For everything else we read the posting page itself, and pasting the text always works. You never need the employer to do anything, and there is no charge for reading a posting.
