Pilot terms
Plain language, because that is the whole point of this service. These terms cover the private pilot of Inclusion Lab Apply, run by Web Inclusion Lab, LLC.
What the service is
We tailor your resume and cover letter to job postings you choose, format them to industry standard, and describe the finished documents to you in plain language so you can trust them without seeing them. We prepare application materials; we do not submit applications for you unless you ask us to help with a specific one, and we never promise interviews, offers, or employment.
How drafting works
First drafts are generated with Claude, an AI model from Anthropic, working under strict rules: it may only select, reorder, and rephrase facts you gave us, and it may never invent or inflate a qualification. A human operator reviews every draft, renders the final files, and checks them before you see them. Nothing goes to an employer without your explicit approval, and your approval always covers the exact files listed on your application page. When the posting asks about something you have not told us, you get a question instead of a guess.
Your information
Your profile facts, uploaded resume, applications, and answers are stored to run the service, backed up nightly, and used for nothing else. Sensitive answers you record, about disability disclosure, convictions, or veteran status, are never sent to the AI model and are only used where you direct. We keep your information while you use the service and for twelve months after, then delete it. Ask us to delete sooner and we will, unless a funding agency contract requires otherwise, which we would tell you about first. Every generated draft and every change to your facts is logged.
The pilot deal
The pilot is free or priced as agreed with you individually. In exchange, we may use anonymous outcomes, such as applications submitted and interviews received, to evaluate and describe the service. Your name and identifying details are never used without asking you first. One person operates the service, so turnaround is human speed: usually within a day, and we tell you when it will be longer.
Problems and questions
If anything we deliver is wrong, tell us and we fix it at no cost, and if a document with an error already reached an employer we will tell you honestly and help you correct the record. Questions, complaints, and deletion requests all go to jobsapply@webinclusionlab.com. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the service.
